Data Deletion Request

You can request complete deletion of all your OrderGrid data at any time. We will process your request within 30 days and send confirmation to your email.

What gets deleted

✓Your account and login credentials
✓All posts and captions created in OrderGrid
✓Your brand voice settings and menu
✓Connected social media access tokens
✓Analytics and usage data
✓Billing information (Stripe handles card data separately)

Note: Posts already published to Instagram, Facebook, or Google remain on those platforms. To remove them, use the native tools within each platform.
