Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account and using OrderGrid ("Service"), you agree to these Terms. These constitute a legally binding agreement between you and OrderGrid Pty Ltd.

2. Description

OrderGrid is a social media marketing automation platform enabling restaurant owners to create, schedule, and publish content to Instagram, Facebook, and Google Business Profile using AI. Features include AI caption generation, photo enhancement, marketing task management, and analytics.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining account security. You must be at least 18 years old. Each account represents one restaurant unless you have a multi-location plan.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: • Publish content violating Meta, Google, or any platform's Terms • Post spam, misleading, or deceptive content • Use OrderGrid to harm others • Reverse-engineer or hack the Service • Share credentials with unauthorised parties • Use the Service for illegal purposes OrderGrid reserves the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

5. Content Ownership

You retain full ownership of all content you upload. By using OrderGrid, you grant us a limited licence to process and transmit your content solely to deliver the Service. We do not claim ownership and will not use your content for any other purpose.

6. Platform Compliance

When you connect social media accounts, you agree to comply with those platforms' terms of service. You are solely responsible for ensuring all published content complies with applicable platform policies and laws.

7. Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually. Payments are processed by Stripe in AUD including GST. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at end of the current billing period. No refunds for partial months.

8. Free Plan

The free plan includes 5 posts per month and 2 connected platforms. Limits may change with 30 days notice.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, OrderGrid is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to amounts paid in the 3 months preceding any claim.

10. Availability

We aim for 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for downtime caused by third-party services.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate at any time. Upon termination, access ends and data is deleted within 30 days, except where required by law.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Disputes will be resolved in Queensland courts.
